We’re so excited to have you and your students (grades 7-12) at our Spring Conference, May 23-24, 2025. This conference is designed to offer students an opportunity to connect, grow in their faith, and be more equipped to live their lives for Jesus.

Wristbands & Entry:

Your registration package includes individual wristbands, which serve as each person's ticket to the conference. Wristbands must not be lost—no wristband means no entry.

There is an additional $10 fee for mailing. Alternatively, wristbands can be picked up at the Mill Woods Office between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Registrations are non-refundable.

Waivers & Liability:

Hope City Church (Edmonton) is operating solely as the event organizer and will not be providing leaders to supervise other church's participants, and is not liable for any injuries that occur to people under your care and supervision at the event.

Each church or organization is responsible for getting informed consent from parents of youth they register, as well as for providing supervision of them at the events.

Registration Deadlines & Pricing:

Early Bird: March 1 – May 1: $40

Regular: May 1 – May 9: $55

Late: May 9 – May 16: $70

Tickets are limited and need to be purchased for leaders and students

Saturday Lunch:

Lunch will be provided on Saturday. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
