TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Donations are used according to our charitable purposes. Donation receipts are issued at year end for all eligible donations in the prior year. For designated donations, if for some reason it cannot be used as designated, it will be used for a similar purpose at the discretion of Hope City Church and in accordance with Canadian Law.

Online transactions made in error and reported within 30 days will be fully refunded, and any fraudulent transactions will be refunded if reported to us within 90 days. In accordance with Canadian Law, donations are otherwise non-refundable.

Payments for event registrations are fully refundable if requested within seven days of payment (unless the event has already occurred). After seven days, an administrative fee may apply which is disclosed at the time of registration. If an event is cancelled by us, or if a medical emergency prevents the registrant attending, the fee will be fully refunded.
