TRANSFORMATIONAL IMPACT: Chelsea's vision, alongside her husband Armin, is to disciple and train the young men of Vanuatu so they grow into godly, skilled men, husbands, and fathers.
MINISTRY FOCUS: Vanuatu is a South Pacific nation of 83 small islands, more than 300,000 people, and over 100 languages. Many residents face deep poverty, and young men from smaller islands often have little access to education. In 2022 Chelsea and Armin founded Impact Ministry Vanuatu, where they feed, house, and train 12-16 young men aged 12 to 21, teaching trades such as construction, mechanics, and carpentry while discipling them through Bible study and devotions, so they can find good work, provide for their families, and serve Christ.
MINISTRY HISTORY: Chelsea and Armin each moved to Vanuatu independently (in 2015 and 2016), having volunteered with YWAM ministries; Armin became youth pastor at International Christian Church. They married in Vanuatu in 2019 and founded Impact Ministry in 2022.
