Special Business Meeting

In order to facilitate voting, registration closed at 4:05 PM.

You will not be able to log into the Simply Voting platform until the vote opens during the meeting.

To attend online (using zoom):

• Click the register online link button.
• You will be prompted to enter your name, and if applicable, the name of your spouse if they are a member and attending online with you.
• After your membership is verified (within five minutes), you will receive an email with a zoom link to join the meeting.
• You will be able to see and hear all the proceedings and vote, and submit questions or speak to the motion using the chat feature in zoom which will be relayed to the other attendees.
• We will conduct the vote on the motion with the Simply Voting online platform, and you will need access to a web browser to vote.

To attend in person:

• The meeting will be held in the gym of the Mill Woods Campus; please arrive by 3:45 PM to register. We will conduct the vote on the motion with the Simply Voting online platform. Please bring a mobile device to the meeting to facilitate voting.
