FAQ's

No, instead we will have one "Easter Experience". This means that if you attend on Friday, it will be the same service as the Sunday service. With our church's growth over the past few years, moving to one Easter experience instead of a separate Good Friday service allows us to reach more people with the Gospel message.

The Easter experience will contain the complete Easter story from the journey to the cross to the empty tomb. An integral part of this will be taking communion together during the service.

Easter at Hope City is a meaningful, 60-minute service designed for real people—whether church is familiar or completely new.

You can expect live worship music that creates space to reflect on the hope of Easter, followed by relevant, practical teaching focused on the death and resurrection of Jesus and why that story still matters today.

We provide fun, age-appropriate kids programming where children can safely learn about Easter in an engaging and thoughtful way, so parents can fully participate in the service.

At the Mill Woods Campus, the Easter message is delivered live on Thursday night, Friday morning, and Sunday morning. On Saturday night at Mill Woods, the message will be a video presentation.

At the Terwillegar and Kingsway Campus, the message happens via video.

No, this is not a ticketed event. Seating is on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the service starts to find a seat.

Children’s programming is available for children ages 0-Grade 6.

The doors open 15 minutes before each service starts. Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before the service start time to find your seat. We are anticipating that the busiest services will be:

  • Mill Woods: Sunday, April 5 at 10:15am and 11:45am.
  • Terwillegar: Sunday, April 5 at  9:45am.
